The purpose of the study was to draw up an evaluation tool for teaching efficacy of primary and junior high school teachers, which was Classroom Teaching Evaluation Table in the study. There were tens of primary and junior high school teachers and education experts discussing, examining and pilot studying the Table. Scorer reliability, concurrent validity were used to test the credibility and validity, and to investigate the suitability of the Table, which is to see if the table can be used in different disciplines and different grades. Users Manuals are also established for the evaluation of primary and junior high school teachers.
