臺北縣國小教師在職進修動機、教學準備度與教學效能關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討教師在職進修動機、教學準備度及教學效能之關係。以臺北縣公立國小教師為研究對象,採用分層隨機抽樣方式,有效樣本數共372份,回收率為99%。統計方法採用t考驗、One-Way ANOVA、Pearson相關係數及多元迴歸等方法來檢視本研究假設。經由研究結果分析與討論,獲致以下研究結論,分述如下: 一、臺北縣國民小學教師進修動機有中等水準表現;教學準備度與教學效能則呈現高水準表現。 二、臺北縣國民小學教師進修動機整體受年齡及服務年資影響而有所差異;性別、教育背景、現任職務及任教學校規模則無明顯影響。 三、臺北縣國民小學教師教學準備度整體受年齡、服務年資及任教學校規模影響而有所差異;性別、教育背景及現任職務則無明顯影響。 四、臺北縣國民小學教師教學效能整體受服務年資、現任職務及任教學校規模影響而有所差異;性別、年齡、教育背景則無明顯影響。 五、臺北縣國民小學教師進修動機愈強則教學效能稍佳;其中「興趣與成就」對教學效能最具相關性。 六、臺北縣國民小學教師教學準備度愈高則教學效能愈佳。 七、臺北縣國民小學教師進修動機愈強則僅能稍有效預測教學效能;教學準備度愈佳愈能有效預測教學效能;教學準備度比進修動機更能預測教學效能。

The goal of the research is to explore the relationship among “motivation of in-service education”, "teaching readiness”, and “teaching effectiveness”. The subjects of the research are teachers from public elementary schools in Taipei County. Stratified random sampling was employed. There are 372 effective samples with a response rate of 99%. As to the methods of statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression, etc., were adopted to evaluate the hypotheses of the research.Through analysis and discussion over the results of the research, research conclusions and concrete suggestions for practice were achieved, and are described as follows: 1. Elementary school teachers in Taipei county in motivation of in-service education have medium level behave;teaching readiness and teaching effectiveness have high level behave. 2. The whole of teachers’ motivation of in-service education of elementary school teachers in Taipei county was affected by age and years of service , but not by gender, education,work position , or school size. 3. The whole of teachers’ teaching effectiveness of elementary school teachers in Taipei county was affected by age, years of service and school size, but not by gender, education,or work position. 4. The whole of teachers’ teaching effectiveness of elementary school teachers in Taipei county was affected by years of service , work position ,and school size, but not by gender, age, or education. 5. Elementary school teachers in Taipei county take advanced in motivation of in-service education to be stronger, then the teaching effectiveness slightly was good. interest and achievement. Amongst these, for teaching effectiveness, the 「interest and achievement」has the most correlation. 6. Elementary school teachers in Taipei county in teaching readiness higher, then the teaching effectiveness was better. 7. Elementary school teachers in Taipei county take advanced in motivation of in-service education could predict teaching effectiveness effectively only;teaching readiness better could predict teaching effectiveness effectively;teaching readiness could predict to the further the motivation of in-service education.
