農業改良場對有機水稻推廣之研究—以池上稻農為例

摘要

有機水稻栽培其有土地永續經營、環境保護及廢棄物再循環利用之意義，雖然其生產成本較高，病蟲害防治不易，產量較慣行法為低，但可藉由高品質、無污染的競爭優勢，同時讓消費者了解，食用有機米不僅可以吃的安全衛生，還可以保護居家環境，提升生活品質，更可以為我們生長的地方盡一份心力。為暸解農業試驗研究機關輔導並推廣有機農業的成效，本研究以臺東縣池上鄉稻農為研究對象，以問卷調查法實施，有效樣本為255份。將稻農之基本資料、有機栽培推廣滿意度及有機栽培忠誠度之資料，以SPSS電腦軟體進行統計分析。發現稻農對臺東區農業改良場總滿意度的平均值為3.84，顯見該場在有機栽培推廣上確有成效。同時顯示池上鄉稻農在臺東區農業改良場對有機栽培推廣滿意度與有機栽培忠誠度為正相關，表示稻農對農改場有機栽培輔導的滿意度愈高時，農民種植有機水稻的意願也愈高。由此看來，藉由農業試驗研究機關的輔導與推廣有機農業，以各種有效、安全、便利又可降低生產成本的栽培管理技術，能提高農友從事有機栽培的意願。另分析發現，有機栽培有群眾模仿效果，建議未來可加強輔導萬安村鄰近的富興村、錦園村與新興村三個村，以點擴展至面，池上要成為有機鄉是有機會的。

The cultivation of organic rice has the meaning of land sustainable management, environmental protection, and the waste recycling. Although the production cost is higher, the prevention of rice diseases is not easy, and the yield is lower than that of the traditional farming, yet, by means of high quality and non-polluted competitive advantages, consumers will finally realize that eating organic is rice not only safe and hygienic, but also protect our resident environment, improve living quality. To understand the assistance of the agricultural research institute on the promotion of organic agriculture, the research aims at rice farmers of Chishang, Taitung. The method is Questionnaire Survey and the effective samples are 255. Making a statistical analysis of rice farmers' essential information, the satisfactory degree of organic popularization and the loyal degree by SPSS computer program, we find that the rice farmers' total satisfactory degree to Taitung District Agricultural Research and Extension Station is an average of 3.84. It proves that Taitung District Agricultural Research and Extension Station is indeed effective in carrying out the cultivation of organic rice. It, at the same time, points out that the rice farmers in Chishang has a positive relation between the satisfactory degree of organic cultivation promoted by Taitung District Agricultural Research and Extension Station and the loyal degree of organic cultivation. It appears that the higher satisfactory degree the rice farmers has to the organic cultivation of District Agricultural Research and Extension Station the rice farmers, the more willing the farmers are to the growth of organic rice. From this viewpoint, by the assistance and popularizing organic agriculture of the agricultural research institute, and by all kinds of effective, safe, as well as convenient methods of reducing production cost, the rice farmers are more willing to cultivate the organic crops. As the analysis shows that the organic cultivation is able to attract more farmers to get together to copy, suggests can be put forward to enforce the popularization of organic crops in the nearby villages of Wan-an: Fu-hsing, Chin-yuan, Hsin-hsing. Chishang has a great opportunity to be a organic-town, if the places of organic cultivation can be spread out all over the town.
