技專校院為配合高科技產業人力培育所需建構學程化課之研究

摘要

「學程化」課程觀念，自從民國84年開始興起以來，已經逐漸在各大學之中引起迴響。為了解學程化課程實施的成效與其需求性，本研究擬先行以產業界針對學程化課程的實際需求做分析，做為進一步研究學程化課程實施成效之基礎。據此，本研究的主要目的在於：探討企業界對學程化課程目標、課程架構、師資、選修對象、設備及其他相關等需求。本研究以文獻分析、問卷調查、德懷術（Delphi）以及專家座談方式，分析產業界對各大專校院「學程化」課程的需求，以及建構學程化課程之規劃模式與原則。首先，從設有「學程化」課程的學校在網路上或書面提供的資料中，針對實施學程化課程類別、選修資格要求、基本學分規定、跨領域的學程與現行產業相關、以及實施跨領域學程相關規定等加以分析。其分析結果做為研擬問卷與訪談大綱之依據。再以產業界中IC業之主管人員為問卷施測主要對象，以次數百分比分析產業界對學程化課程之需求。學程化課程模式與原則部分，則是以本研究分析歸納之專家檢核表採兩回合德懷術方式收集資料。最後，本研究以文獻資料、問卷結果、德懷術檢核表結果以及專家會議之綜合意見，歸納為本研究之重要結論。本研究獲得資料經統計分析，撰寫學程化課程需求之重要結論，並分別向教育行政機關、大專校院、產業界、以及大專校院學生或產業界學員等提出相關建議。

The program courses have been designed and implemented in many universities and polytechnic institutes since 1995. In order to understand the practical effectiveness and necessities, this study focuses on the goal of the program course, curriculum structure, qualification of teachers and students, equipments, and other related issues. First, this study uses literature review to analyze the current situations mentioned above among colleges that implemented the program course. Second, this study uses questionnaire survey to investigate the necessities of the program course among enterprises. Third, this study uses Delphi Technique to gather information about the curriculum construction model, curriculum structure. Finally, based on the conclusions, this study provides some concrete suggestions as reference for educational administration, schools, enterprises, and college students.
