職業學校學校本位教學視導策略規劃與實證研究

摘要


「職業學校學校本位教學視導策略規劃與實證研究」為國家科學委員會委託執行之專案研究計畫,係-理論與實務兼具的三年段研究計畫。各年段的研究重點如下:第一年:1.整理職業學校教學視導實施現況與成效,2.分析職業學校學校本位教學視導策略內涵;第二年:1.發展職業學校學校本位教學視導具體實施方案,2.建立職業學校學校本位教學視導各種視導工具;第三年:5.發展職業學校學校本位教學視導實驗手冊,6.進行實證研究與其績效評估。 第一年段藉由文獻分析、專家座談、調查問卷、實地訪談等研究方法進行研究,並採自編之「職業學校學校本位教學視導實施策略」調查問卷,調查部分以台灣地區各公私立職業學校之教育人員為母群,以隨機抽樣方式選取樣本;訪談部分則以選擇七所學校為樣本。最後,針對各項研究目的及研究發現,提出職業學校教學視導現況與實施成效、實施策略等方面之研究結果。 第二年段依據第一年所建立之教學視導內涵,配合計畫、執行、考核及發展等實施步驟,藉由文獻分析、小組討論、專家審查會議以及實地訪談學校行政人員等歷程,提出職業學校學校本位教導實施方案及建立各項視導工具。 第三年段延續第一及第二年段之研究成果,先編擬一款實驗學校之實驗工作手冊,選取十所公私立職業學校為樣本,以實施方案及各款視導工具為藍本於上下學期各實施一次學校本位教學視導,並以發展「修正建議表」及「回饋問卷」為工具以為本方案回饋之用,最後依實證結果修正「實施方案」與「視導工具」,並提出相關的建議,以供未來各校實施之參酌。

The Research of Strategy Planning and Experiment for the School-based Instructional Inspection of the Vocational School was entrusted by NSC for three years. It was practical as well as theoretical. This project would be divided into three stages (years) – planning, implementation, inspection and development. This first year research aimed at exploring the current status of and the strategic planning of the School-based Instructional Inspection of the Vocational School in Taiwan, ROC. In the planning stage, a general plan, project goals, inspection models, planning organization, division of labor in the project, a formative schedule and implementation steps were proposed. Methods of literature review, questionnaire surveys, interview surveys, and expert consultations were used to achieve the research objectives. The results of the first year were summarized into practical results, current problems, and developmental strategies. The second year research was to propose related implementation projects and to establish various inspection tools based on the outcomes of the first year research. In the implementation stage, implementation suggestions, guidelines and forms were proposed and established. Methods of literature review, focus group discussions, interview surveys, and expert consultations were used to achieve the research objectives. The results of the second year were summarized into implementation and inspection tools. The third year research aimed at developing an executed guideline of the School-based Instructional Inspection of the Vocational School, exploding the practical performance of implementation and inspection tools at ten vocational schools. In the inspection and development stage, implementation suggestions and form instructions were provided. Methods of literature review, questionnaire surveys, interview surveys, and experiment research were used to achieve the research objectives. The results of the third year were summarized into an executed guideline, modifying opinions, and the final implementation and inspection tools. At last, suggestions would be proposed based on the research results for the reference of educational administrative agencies, vocational schools, teachers, and follow-up researches.
