摘要
尿道脫垂，是一種少見的疾病。一般好發於青春期前的小女孩及停經後的婦女，且以黑人女孩最常見。文獻上第一個案例報告是由Solingen於1732提出，一直到今天，只有數百個案例的報告。本院於1990年12月治療一個同樣的病例，爰提出報告，以喚大家的注意。並針對其流行病學、症狀、病因、診斷、治療及預後提出文獻回顧及討論。

In this article , we report a 5-year-old girl with urethral prolapse, presenting as bloodstains on her underwear and a dark-reddish, circular mass protruding from the introitus. There are no other genitourinary tract abnormalities. She was treated by “4-point electrocoagulation”. The final result is favorable without any complication.
