留置輸尿管導管引致膀胱結石併輸尿管結石－病例報告

摘要

長期留置輸尿管導管於病人體內，常引起尿路感染及結石的產生。本文報告一例少見之尿路結石病例，膀胱結石及輸尿管結石附著於一條輸尿管導管上，該導管為患者於16個月前接受治療後留下。原則上，留置輸尿管導管之時間以不超過3個月為原則。本文病人出院後一直未回門診追蹤檢查，致留置導管時間長，引起結石產生。病人再次住院接受手術治療後，順利出院。文中並討論留置輸尿管導管所產生的種種問題。

Indwellin gureteral stents have been used increasingly in urological practice, but they may induce urinary tract infection and encrustation. A case of bladder and ureteral stones from use of an indwelling ureteral stent over 16 months is reported. There was a string of beaded calcifications alone the ureteral stent. The patient underwent cystolithotripsy and endoscopic removal of the double J stent smoothly. The problem and management of indwelling ureteral stents is discussed.
