摘要
台北市立和平醫院耳鼻喉科從民國79年5月至81年11月共收集29例發病於學齡期之良性復發性眩暈症病例。患者的年齡在15歲以下，其中男17例，女12例；初診時平均年齡為10歲，從眩暈初次發作至就診平為13個月，平均發作年齡為9.1歲；眩暈發作時間少於20分鐘者15例(52%)，有頭痛者18例(62%)。聽力方面僅1例異常，為單側混合性重聽。所有患者頭部電腦斷層或核磁共振影皆無異常。眼振電圖所見，有27例出現中樞性病變特有之異常眼球運動；只有2例為末梢性病變。我們推論良性復發性眩暈症大部分是由於基底動脈痙欒所致；也有可能和其分枝內耳迷路動脈痙欒有關。

There were 29 cases of benign recur- rent vertigo of childhood collected in our department from May 1990 to November 1992. The age of patients was all below 15 years, The among them 12 cases were females. The mean age of onset of vertigo was 9.1 years. The duration of vertigo was less than 20 minutes in most of the patients (52%). All of the cases displayed normal hearing with the exception of one case which showed unilateral mixed hearing loss. No specific findings were found in CT-scan or MRI. The nystagmographic find-ings revealed central signs in 27 cases and periphreal signs in only two cases. All cases had normal caloric test. We concluded that benign recurrent vertigo of chikdhood is mostly ascribed to spasm of the basilar artery or its branches.
