Angioleomyoma is a rare, and slowly- growing tumor. It occurs predominantly on the leg of middle-aged women. The facial angioleiomyoma is very rare. The clincal and histological features of facial angioleiomyoma is different from that of the lower extermity. The tumor in the extremity is mainly of the solid type and usually painful, whereas the facial angi-oleiomyoma is usually of the venous type and paonless. We reported a case of facial angioleiomyoma located in the nasolabial area. Its clinical presentation was similar to nasolabial cyst and was excised with the same approach. The treatment of choice for angioleiomyma is surgical excision.
