摘要

CAP Phadiatop (Pharmacia)是一種針對吸入性過敏症的體外螢光酵素免疫分析試驗（in vitro fluoroimmunoassay），它利用木纖維質（cellulose）多聚合體構成之親水性載體與22種常見的吸入性抗原相結合，用來偵測檢體血清中是否含有吸入性特異性IgE（inhalant specific IgE）。240例接受本次研究病患中診斷為過敏性鼻炎共172例，其中CAP Phadiatop陽性170例，陰性2例。而診斷為非過敏性鼻炎共68例，其中CAP Phadiatop陽性4例，陰性64例。故以CAP Phadiatop來篩選過敏性鼻炎之敏感度為99%，專一性為94%，陽性預期率為98%，陰性預期率為97%，有效率為98%。我們認為CAP Phadiatop是用來篩選過敏性鼻炎有效的方法。

CAP Phadiatop (Pharmacia) is an in vitro fluoroimmunoassay for inhalant allergens which detects the presence of serum specific IgE to a mixture of twenty-two common allergens. The results are either positive or negative. The validity of CAP Phadiatop as a tool in the screening for allergic rhinitis was investigated. Two hundred and forty patients were included in this study and underwent 1) standard questionnaire 2) CAP Phadiatop 3) skin test and/or CAP system specific IgE. One hundred and seventy two of the 240 subjects studied were diagnosed as having allergic rhinitis; among these patients, CAP Phadiatop were positive in 170 and negative in 2. Among the other 68 nonallergic subjects, CAP Phadiatop were positive in 4 and negative in 64. This the study showed the high diagnostic precision of the CAP Phadiatop in vitro screening method with a sensitivity of 0.99, a specificity of 0.94, a positive predictive value of 0.98, a negative predictive value of 0.97 and an efficiency of 0.98. It is concluded that the CAP Phadiatop is a valuable test for the screening of allergic rhinitis.
