Fracture of Tympanic Portion of the Temporal Bone - Case Report
顳骨鼓室部骨折－病例報告
摘要
顳骨骨折並不罕見，但是單純的顳骨鼓室部骨折則不常發生。本科經歷一女性急診病例，於車禍2天後，主訴右側聽力損失，電腦斷層攝影顯示右側顳骨的鼓室部骨折。在局部麻醉下，施以封閉性復位手術，同時擺入一段17號Foley管作固定，2星期後拔除，聽力顯著改善，耳道完好如初，特提出報告。

Temporal bone fracture occasionally occurs, but a pure fracture of tympanic portion of the temporal bone is less common. A 20-year-old female complained of right hearing loss for two days post motorcycle accident. C. T. scanning showed a fracture of the tympanic portion of the right temporal bone. A closed reduction with Foley catheter intubation and sofratulle packing was performed. The hearing acuity returned to normal post operation and the entire course of recovery was smooth. This entity is presented and reviewed.
