中文揚揚格語詞聽閾檢定表

語言聽力檢查目前已成為基本的聽力學檢查項目之一。言語收聽閾值（speech reception threthold）可用來評量聽閾值，評估重度聽障的聽能訓練成效，人工電子耳術前、術後之評估，助聽器使用的效果檢定，及預測耳科手術預後。由於目前標準化之中文揚揚格語詞聽閾檢定題材相當有限，當重覆使用容易出現學習效應使測得結果效度降低，尤其是重度聽障患者，須長期多次施測追蹤時尤其明顯。著者乃統計國民小學國語課本第一册至第十二册的語詞與字彙依出現率建立詞庫資料，將詞庫中屬揚揚格語詞部份，經合併篩選以標準化的錄製過程與電腦編輯成4份表格共80題，並以15名30耳正常聽力的年輕人做測試；從聽力閾值前後反覆施測之，而證實其可靠性與效度。可適用於臨床上以國語為母語之受測者檢定聽閾及診斷耳疾之可靠參考，並可提供中度、重度、極重度及人工電子耳病人復健之重大依據。

Speech audiometry has became a basic tool of audiologic evaluation nowa-days. Speech signals are used to measure hearing threshold, to assess suprathreshold intelligibility, to monitor the progress in auditory training of moderate to severely hearing impaired patients and cochlear implant patients, and to evaluate hearing aid performance. Speech signals are also used to predict the success of otologic surgery, and to aid in the diagnosis of both peripheral and central auditory disor-der. Currently, however, there are only a few standardized spondee words lists for the speech reception test in Chinese speech sounds. To avoid learning effect in the long term, repeated monitoring and assess-ing the auditory performance of the hear-needed. So we collect and select the daily used, 31600 spondee words from book I to book 12 of the elementary school accord-ing to the fundamental principles of 1. familiarity 2. phonetic balance and 3.phonetic dissimilarity. And we devided the chosen spondee words into 4 lists, each with 20 spondee words. 30 young candidates with normal hearing are tested. The results present with high diagnos-tic and rehabilitative value for moderate to severely hearing impaired patients and cochlear implant patients for clinical prac-tice. Further study and follow-up observa-tion of clinical application are to be continued.
