Angiofollicular Lymph Node Hyperplasia of the Neck - Case Report
摘要
頸部血管濾泡性淋巴結增殖是相當罕見的疾病，其組織病理變化類似胸腺瘤。McCarty等將此病分為：局限性玻瑙樣血管型(localized hyaline-vascular variant)’ 局限性漿細胞型(localized plasma-cell variant)、廣泛性無視經病變型(generalizxed variant without neuropathy)和廣性併神經病變型(generalized variant with neuropathy)等4型，病人之預後因各型而異。本科經歷一名以頸部腫塊表現之局限性玻瑙樣血管型病例，本篇報告臨床表徵、病理分類及治療方法。(中耳醫誌 1997;32:309-313)

Angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia(ALNH) is an uncommon lymphoproliferative disorder. The histopathologic picture of the disease resembles that of thymoma. McCarty classified the disease into 4 variants: localized hyaline-variant, generalized variant without neuropathy, and generalized variant with neuropathy. The prognosis of the disease depends mostly on the type of clinical and pathological variants. We reported a case of ALNH (localized hyaline-vascular variant) manifested with a cervicasl mass. The clinical features, histopathology, and the policy of treatment were reviewed and discussed.
