Wegener’s granulomatosis (WG) is a systemic vasculitis characterized by nocretizing granulomata and vasculitis involving the upper and lower respiratory tractsd, together with glomerulonephritis. We collected 13 patients who were diagnosed as Wegener’s granulomatosis in two medical centers in recent 10 years. The characteristics of clinical presentations, laboratory and radiological findings, course of illness, surgical pathology and outcome were analysed and compared with the data obtained from literature. Ther discovery of new diagnostic tool and advancement of treatment modality were also dicussed.
