日治時期台灣左翼知識份子與漢詩書寫-以王敏川為分析對象

摘要


日治時期積極對殖民者與資產階級進行批判與抗爭,最重要的推動力量來自台灣左翼人士,在諸多的左翼人士中選擇王敏川為分析對象,主要的原因在於王氏為台灣政治社會運動健將,早年與賴和、施至善並稱為「彰化三枝柱」,乃具有抵抗精神的彰化地區之領袖人物,而且是三台柱中,除賴和之外,有文學作品留存者;雖然數量不多,卻值得進一步作探討。細細剖析王敏川的學問養成、人生經歷、理想的追求歷程,可以透見漢詩文,及其所表徵的漢文化意識,在他的生命底層扮演著相當重要的角色。這是日治時期台灣第一代新知識份子的特色,連激進左派的王敏川,也不能外於此。本文以王敏川作為一個探索的起始,希望將來有機會繼續究竟「漢詩」與日治時期「知識份子」之間的關聯,以及新、舊思想之間相互對抗又彼此滲透的辯證關係。

In the period of reign of Japanese, the critical source and struggle against the colonizers and bourgeois were originated by Taiwan Leftists. The thesis targets on the radical intellectualist Mr. Wan, Min Chuan, a round well educated Chinese in Changhua region and endeavors to analyze these Taiwan intellectualists who considered themselves as the reformists, how did they view Taiwan society from their perspectives? What did they consider the subjects of out-of-date matters and phenomena waiting for improvement? What did they incline toward traditional Taiwanese Chinese poetry and compositions? Why did they criticize the conservative convention while to undertake the same pattern of creative compositions? Finally, I will try my best to understand the relation between the radical leftist intellectualists and the creative composition of traditional Chinese poetry and prose?
