由「修己型家」至「型方訓俗」-宋代士族重建家內秩序之理想析論

An analysis of the ideal of the reconstruction of family order for the Song Dynasty scholar

摘要


族譜與家法作為一種特殊體裁,表面是為了維持家中秩序、確立族人輩分等級、協調職責;然實際上,就族譜纂修的動機與家法的樹立,有時反映的並非家族中全部的事實狀況,反倒是撰寫者對當時社會狀態不滿的呈現,以及撰寫者的意識型態與終極理想的書寫。本文乃欲闡述宋代士族在傳統儒學「家國一體」的概念下,企盼透過纂修族譜以「敬宗收族」,以及由「修己型家」至「型方訓俗」的家法樹立,冀望經由「治家」以達成「治國」的終極目標。

Family tree and family law are made as a special genre in order to maintain family order and make sure everyone's seniority and responsibility in the family. In fact, this motivation sometimes does not reflect all actual family status, but it presents the writer's ideology and ultimate ideal to the society at that time. This paper tries to elaborate how Song Dynasty scholars with traditional Confucianism concept not only build up their families but also rule the country well according to revise their family tree and set up family law.
