Touch-ground scoring rule has been formally employed by International Badminton Federation since 2006. Owing to the change of the system and the increase in pace of competition, the total skills of badminton has tended to be more aggressive. This forces the coaches and players to modify their ways of training for winning a game. In order to be excellent, players have to meet the requirement of all the tactical training. During practicing, players must integrate multiple-shuttle training with psychological strategy to achieve a higher level of skill effectively. Multiple-shuttle practice increases the intensity of training, prompts the movement and agileness of stepping by repeating hitting and smashing the shuttles. To win a competition, an initiative and speedy assault should always be an emphasis during training. In addition, to prevent it from being too monotonous and mechanical, the training assisting with psychological cognition and tactical adjustment will elevate the training efficiency.
