Dynamic Analysis of U-Shape Tube

摘要


本文探討U型管系統之動態分析,首先分別推導層流與紊流之運動方程式,探討其動態行為,在動態分析時,當運動方程式中之阻尼項小至可忽略時,系統會出現共振(resonance)的現象,而當U型管系統在層流時受到特殊外擾力影響時可能造成Duffing方程式的型式與在紊流受到正弦函數波之外擾下,U型管系統會出現混沌的現象,而此一現象對系統有不良的影響。

The purpose of the paper is to study the dynamic behavior of the U-shape tube. First, the governing equations of the dynamic behavior are derived in the laminar flow and the turbulent flow respectively. Then the dynamic behaviors are simulated. In the dynamic behavior of the U-shape tube system, the resonance phenomenon would appear when the governing equations ignore the damping term in the laminar and turbulent flow. And the system would generate chaos when the disturbance in laminar flow equips the form of y^3+q sin(ωt(superscript *))with the amplitude parameter (q) equal 11 as well as nature frequency (ω)equal 0.8. In turbulent flow, the disturbance form q sin (ωt(superscript *)) with the amplitude (q) parameter and nature frequency (ω) being 0.102 and 1.5 respectively. The chaos is proved to have possibility of collapse in system.
