管件液壓成形製程模擬技術探討-以T型管為例

摘要


管件液壓成形技術(Tube Hydroforming, THF)主要是應用於生產運輸工具業之中空結構零組件,產品具有輕量化、剛性佳、一體形等優點。T型管為液壓成形之基礎應用例,也是研究管件液壓成形之敲門磚。現今國內相關業界製造T型管已有豐富之經驗和技術。若以此為基礎,引領業者進入管件液壓成形技術之領域,將能促進國內產業昇級或轉型。而電腦模擬技術應用於液壓成形製程可減少實驗和試誤之成本。本文即以T型管為例,說明液壓成形模擬之過程,以供產業之參考。

Tube Hydroforming technology main applied for manufacturing the hollow structure parts of transportation, and those products has several advantages, such as light weight、stiffness better、one piece, etc. The T-shape tube is the basic product of applied for Tube Hydrofroming, and it is also open sesame to studying tube hydroforming. Today, the manufactures in Taiwan have a lot of experiences and technology to manufacture the T-shape tube. One the fundamental, it must be prompted the factories upgrading and introduce them into the field of Tube Hydroforming. Computer simulation is used in the hydroforming process to reduce the cost of experiment investigations and the tryout process. The paper studies the formability of the T-shape tube, and describes the simulation process of tube hydroforming. It can give the related industry for the reference.
