轉換型領導對企業競爭力之影響:探討員工綠色能力、企業綠色管理、策略性社會責任的中介效果-以國際觀光飯店為例

The Relationships among Transformational Leadership, Employees' Green Abilities, Green Management, Strategic Corporate Social Responsibilities, and Enterprises' Competitiveness-A Study on International Tourism Hotels in Taiwan

摘要


經濟快速發展造成自然資源不斷被開發,環境遭受破壞和能源的耗用,使得世界各國逐漸重視環保,陸續推廣環保節能等相關措施。隨著環保意識抬頭,政府相關法令的規範,企業也開始重視綠色管理永續發展等相關議題。企業如欲實行綠色管理,除了有賴於主管的領導,推廣執行綠色管理的政策之外,還得運用其領導風格去教育員工,啟發他們對綠色環保的認知、行為與能力,為綠色管理帶來正面效果,並塑造企業策略性社會責任的願景去連結內部綠色管理的核心價值,使其成為重視環保回饋社會的綠色企業,永續經營為企業帶來最終的競爭力。而國際觀光飯店是個仰賴自然資源的產業,故本研究以台灣的國際觀光飯店做為研究對象,針對北中南的飯店進行問卷發放,問卷總發放300份,實收162。問卷回收後進行結構方程模型,探討轉換型領導風格對員工綠色能力、綠色管理、策略性社會責任和競爭力的影響。研究發現,轉換型領導風格可透過員工綠色能力的培養和策略性社會責任的建立為飯店的綠色管理帶來正面的影響,進而可提升飯店的整體競爭力。故企業可藉由高階主管的領導透過內部員工的綠色能力並連結策略性社會責任的願景以執行綠色管理,並進一步提高企業競爭力。

The rapid economic development has caused natural resources to be constantly developed, environmental destruction and energy consumption, raising environmental consciousness. Therefore, nations worldwide gradually promote environmental protection and energy saving. Enterprises everywhere have begun to attach importance to sustainable development of green management and other related topics. If enterprises want to implement environmental management, it depends on the supervisor's leadership style for promoting the implementation of green management policies, as well as education and staff training to cultivate green capabilities and lead the enterprises to enforce the strategic social responsibility. Hence, enterprises themselves can take advantage of their own expertise and resources to target goals and invest in charity to contribute to society. And discuss whether those enterprises, which emphasize environmental protection and charity, are able to be competitive. The International tourist hotel is an industry relying on natural resources, so this study is based on the international tourist hotels in Taiwan as the research object. Exactly 300 questionnaires have been distributed to the northern, central, and southern hotels and have received 162 questionnaires in return. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis through transformational leadership can positively affect the company's green management, strategic social responsibility and employee green capabilities, and it can ultimately enhanc e the competitiveness of enterprises. The results show that transformational leadership can though the strategic social responsibility and employee green capabilities positively affect the hotel green management, and it can enhance the competitiveness of hotel. Lastly, enterprises who want to implement green management need to combine strategic corporate social responsibility and staff green capabilities.
