遭受婚姻暴力婦女因應方式之研究

摘要

婦女遭受婚暴之後，因應方式各異。有逃離家庭尋求親友的庇護與援助、有默默承受不敢張揚或陷入無助、有人選擇反擊、有人尋求社會工作單位專業協助；但也有人選擇自傷、自殺或吸食毒品等方式，以為因應。本研究選擇在監服刑的吸毒婦女與尋求社工專業協助之一般受暴婦女，探討其婚暴之經驗與影響因應方式之相關因素。本研究顯示，早離家、早婚、夫妻衝突多、經濟差，是婦女受暴之危險因子；婦女之教育程度或職業收入愈高、社會資源多，對婚姻狀況就愈具備省思與解決問題的能力。在監受暴婦女之自我概念與對受暴原因之詮釋與認知，與一般受暴婦女有顯著的不同。本研究亦對於防治婦女遭受婚姻暴力提出具體可行的建議。

Women suffering from marital violence usually respond to their situations by various ways. Some run out of home to look for shelter and assistance from relatives or friends. Some fight back or remain helpless. Others commit self-destructive behaviors or seek professional help from social work units.The present research explored the coping behavior, risky antecedents and relevant factors influencing the choice of responses of two groups of women, i.e., incarcerated abusive women who were drug abusers and general women who sought help from professional social workers.The research found that leaving original family and getting married early, more disputes with spouse, and poor financial condition are risky factors of marital violence. Well-educated women with higher personal income generally have more resources for coping with family problems and marital violence. Comparing with the general women, the incarcerated women have poorer self-image. These two groups of women have different perception and interpretation toward the causes of their victimization significantly. Finally, the research also proposes some feasible recommendation to the prevention of momen's victimization of marital violence.
