不同激振器音圈結構之振動特性探討

摘要


本文主要是採用有限元素分析配合實驗模態分析,對振動試驗機之不同激振器音圈結構進行模型驗證。首先建構有限元模型進行模態和簡諧響應分析,以求得理論之模態參數和頻率響應函數,再與實驗量測結果求得之模態參數和頻率響應函數比較驗證,以確認有限元素模型之正確性。結果顯示有限元素分析與實際模態分析結果相當吻合,不同激振器音圈結構模態特性可以被確認,且有助於瞭解不同激振器音圈差異性及其優缺點,所發展之設計變更尺寸分析模型可得最佳化結果。

The work adopts finite element analysis (FEA) and experimental modal analysis (EMA) to perform model verification for the different voice-coil structure of shakers. First, finite element model is constructed to perform modal analysis and harmonic response analysis. The theoretically modal parameters and frequency response function are then compared to experimental results and modified to validate the model. Results show that both FEA and EMA results agree reasonably. In particular, the modal characteristics of the different voice-coil structure can be identified and beneficial to design consideration. The developed analytical model can also be used for further design modification such as the dimension optimization.
