應用於主動隔振系統之音圈致動器設計與實作

Design and Implementing of Voice Coil Actuator for Active Vibration Isolation System

摘要


本文針對主動隔振控制系統中的出力元件,進行了音圈致動器的設計分析與實驗測試。首先進行音圈致動器的響應數學模型,包括線圈圈數、磁場強度、輸入額定電壓等來進行致動器之設計,來計算出制動器的額定出力。且針對主動隔振控制系統的需求來設計驅動組件之質量平衡設計來避免因重量造成驅動元件歪斜造成線圈與鄰近元件產生摩擦。本文亦設計實驗架構以測試製做之實體,獲得實際的響應特性與額定出力。實驗結果顯示音圈的額定出力最高可達到3N,此出力結果以達到主動隔振系統之需求。

A new voice coil actuator is developed for suiting to the application of active vibration isolation system (AVI), and a series of experiment are made to get its dynamic performance. Firstly, a mathematical model of voice coil actuator is proposed in order to design it by length of coil, magnetic flux density, and input current signal. A mechanical design using the ball caster is adopted to avoid in touch between the voice coil and iron yoke. The performances of the voice coil actuator are investigated in the frequency domain and finally validated by the test of active vibration isolation. The experimental results show that the rated output force can reach 3N suited to application in AVI.
