跨接菱形式機車車架剛度與自然頻率之研究

摘要


本文應用有限元素法研究跨接菱形式機車車架剛度及其與自然頻率的關係,並推導出動剛度的計算方法。我們用繪圖軟體Solid Works建立車架的幾何模型,再利用有限元素分析軟體ANSYS/Workbench進行車架分析,然後用實驗模態分析修正有限元素模型。應用有限元素法求出施力點的位移,進而求出車架有無裝置引擎的彎曲剛度和扭轉剛度。改變車架管的厚度、直徑,進行有限元素分析,觀察其中的自然頻率改變,歸納出提高跨接菱形式車架剛度之方法。

This paper uses finite element method to study the stiffness of diamond motorcycle frame and its relationship with the natural frequencies. We derive the calculation formula for dynamic stiffness. 3D Drawing software Solid Works is used to draw geometry of the motorcycle frame which then input to the finite element software ANAYS/Workbench to build the simulation model. Experiment modal analysis is used to verify and revise the finite element model. We calculate the torsional stiffness, longitudinal bending stiffness, as well as lateral bending stiffness of the frame without and with engine. By changing the thickness and diameter of the frame tube, and observing the change of the natural frequencies, we can find their influence on the increase stiffness of the diamond frame.
