摘要


此研究針對柔性剪力盒結構體(以下簡稱剪力盒)用ANSYS/Workbench電腦輔助工程分析軟體進行單層與雙層結構的分析。這些分析包括靜態分析、模態分析,可得到結構體的變形量、振動模態及振動頻率。設計的規範是結構體在自重下振動頻率要超過35 Hz。分析的結果發現單層剪力盒結構體其振動頻率已達成要求的35 Hz;而雙層剪力盒的結構體的振動頻率未達成要求的35 Hz,因此雙層結構需變更或重新設計以增強柔性剪力盒結構體的剛性。

In this study, single-layer and double-layer structures were analyzed using ANSYS/Workbench computer-aided engineering analysis software for flexible shear box structures (referred to as shear box). These analyses include static analysis, modal analysis, and the amount of deformation, vibration mode, and vibration frequency of the structure. The design specification is that the structure has a vibration frequency exceeding 35 Hz under its own weight. As a result of analysis, it was found that the vibration frequency of the single-layer shear box structure has reached the required 35 Hz; and the vibration frequency of the structure of the double-layer shear box does not reach the required 35 Hz, so the double-layer structure needs to be changed or redesigned to Increase the rigidity of the flexible shear box structure.
