Contouring of Prominent Mandibular Angle through Intraoral Approach-How I Do It
經口腔內施行下顎骨彎骨外突整形手術之個人經驗
摘要
由於手術視野的限制，經口腔的下顎骨彎骨整形美容手術無法於直接目視下施行，因此產生許多不良的結果和併發症。我們利用剝離下顎內側翼狀咬肌以及運用牙科反射鏡觀察進行下顎骨彎角切除，並使用長右彎咬骨鉗來磨平切除後的下顎骨以及術後類固醇注射等方法，已將不理想的結果降至最低程度。

Intraoral approach for prominent mandibular angle contouring is challenging as this procedure can not be done under direct vision. Many unfavorable results and complications are basically related to limited exposure of operative field. With technique including detachment of medial-pterygoid-masseter muscle sling from the gnathion, angle contouring under direct vision via mirror reflection, meticulous smoothing of bone edge and postoperative usage of steroid, we have been able to significantly reduce operative morbidity.
