Myositis Ossificans in Hand-A Case Report and Literature Review
發生在手部的骨化性肌炎－病例報告及文獻回顧
摘要
我們報告一例發生在年輕女性手上的骨化性肌炎。此疾常與受傷的病史有關且多發現於年輕人，我們的病人恰都符合。 病理組織切片和一系列的放射學檢查皆有助於診斷；而細心的與惡性腫瘤鑑別診斷可避免不必要的廣泛性切除手術甚至於截肢手術。 局部病灶切除可適用於大部份的病例，但最後的手術方法，還是視個別病例的發展而定。

This is a case report of a young female patient with myositis ossificans of the hand. This entity is usually related to trauma and occurs most in young adult, our patient is corresponded. Histopathology, radiographic studies are helpful in obtaining correct diagnosis; and it is important to differentiate from malignancy in order to avoid unnecessary extensive surgery or even amputation. Local excision is recommended in most cases, but the definitive surgical intervention should be individualized case by case.
