Castleman's Disease Mimicking Pancreatic Tumor: Report of a Case
CASTLEMAN'S DISEASE仿似胰臟腫瘤：一病例報告
摘要
Castleman's disease是一個很少見的病症，通常發生在縱膈腔內。我們描述一名32歲婦女因歷時四個月的全身倦怠而就診。血液血清學檢查發現有貧血，低血清白蛋白，伽瑪球蛋白過高及紅血球沈降速率升高。經腹部超音波及電腦斷層檢查發現在胰臟尾部有腫瘤。病人接受腹腔探查術時發現在胰臟上綠有一界線分明的腫瘤。病理診斷為Castleman's disease漿細胞型。本文將探討其臨床及病理表徵，病理，治療及鑑別診斷。

Castleman's disease is a rare disorder usually affecting the mediastinum and infrequently in the abdominal cavity. We described the case of a 32-year-old woman who presented with general malaise for 4 months. Laboratory data revealed anemia, hypoalbuminemia, hypergammaglobulinemia, and elevated ESR. Ultrasonography and CT scan revealed a well-defined mass at the tail of the pancreas. The patient underwent exploratory laparotomy and a well-defined, solid mass was noted above the superior border of the pancreas. The pathologic diagnosis was Castleman's disease, plasma cell type. The clinical presentation, course, treatment, and the differential diagnosis of this condition were discussed.
