摘要


本研究旨在深入探討邁向二十一世紀的全方位教育發展策略,為有效掌握二十一世紀後工業社會的發展趨勢,並勾勒二十一世紀的全方位教育發展架構,本研究除理論探索外,亦輔之以實證調查,俾使理論與實踐緊密結合。為達成本研究之目的,首先以文獻分析的方法,瞭解二十一世紀全方位教育發展的主客觀因素,藉以建構本研究之理論基礎;其次,運用問卷調查的方式,進行本研究實證資料的蒐集,以瞭解不同背景的教育人員對二十一世紀全方位教育發展的策略內容,在目前重視程度與未來重要程度看法的差異情形。根據本研究理論探索與實證調查的結論與發現,試提下列建議,俾作為未來教育發展之參考。一、在教育發展理念建構方面 1.加强教育發展的行動研究。2.重視教育的未來趨勢探索。3.加强整體的系統思考能力。4.建立終生學習的教育理念。二、在教育發展實際運作方面 1.綜合漸進與理性變革策略。2.加强組織成員的民主溝通。3.兼顧組織目標與個人需求。4.營造有利創新的組織氣氛。三、在教育發展策略內涵方面 1.教育目標訂定全人化。2.課程內容發展多元化。3.教學策略模式活性化。4.教師進修發展終生化。5行政組織運作彈性化。
