知識管理在學校行政實際應用之研究

A Study of the Application of Knowledge Management to School Administration Practices in Elementary School

摘要


本研究的目的首先探討知識管理的基本概念意涵;其次,説明知識管理的重要策略;復次,分析知識管理的主要構面;最後,探討知識管理在國民小學的實際應用情形。本研究除了文獻分析之外,亦採問卷調查的方式,蒐集國民小學教育人員對知識管理「組織現況」與「個人期望」之知覺情形,研究樣本包含苗栗、台中縣市、彰化、南投及雲林等中部六縣市之公立國民小學教育人員,共抽取1000人,回收843份,回收率為84%,有效問卷831份,可用率為83%。本問卷之研究工具為「知識管理在學校行政實際應用之研究」調查問卷,資料分析主要採用描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法。根據研究結果,本研究提出下列具體建議,提供學校行政單位參考:一、加強在職進修的教育訓練,培養學校同仁知識管理之技巧。二、善用現代高新的資訊科技,增進學校同仁知識轉化之能力。三、建構知識導向的學習組織,提高學校同仁知識的生產能量。四、建立多元暢通的溝通管道,鼓勵學校同仁進行知識的分享。五、營造自由開放的組織氣氛,形塑激發創新的學校組織文化。六、有效發揮知識領導的功能,因應知識經濟時代的變革挑戰。七、應用全方位知識管理策略,促進學校行政整體效能的提昇。

The purposes of this study were to investigate the content of the KM; to explore the main strategies of KM; to analyze the dimensions of KM, and to examine the application of KM to school administration practices in elementary schools. Literature review and questionnaire survey were conducted in this study. The sample consisted of 1000 public elementary school educators in the middle of Taiwan, with 843 feedback data , the percentage being 84%, and with 831 valid feedback data, the percentage being 83%. The instrument of this study is "Questionnaire on the study of the application of KM to school administration practices in elementary school". The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Pearsons' product-moment correlation. Based on the research results, suggestions for educational administration agencies and teachers were proposed. 1. Enhancing in-service education and training, cultivating school educator's skill of knowledge management. 2. Using modern high-new information technology, improving school colleague's abilities of knowledge transformation. 3. Constructing knowledge-orientation learning organization, upgrading productive energy of knowledge of school colleague. 4. Building multiple communicative channel, encouraging school colleague to share knowledge with each other. 5. Creating open-minded organization climate, shaping innovative organization culture. 6. Adopting the model of knowledge leadership, coping with the challenge of change in knowledge-based economy era. 7. Appling the holistic strategy of knowledge management, promoting whole school effectiveness.
