實施九年一貫課程後國民小學教師生涯自我效能與生涯協助需求相關因素之研究

An Investigation on the Relationship between Career self-efficacy and Career Service Needs of the Elementary School Teachers to Bring the Grade 1-9 Curriculum

摘要


本研究在探討實施九年一貫課程後國民小學教師生涯自我效能與生涯協助需求現況調查與相互間關係的研究。編製「國民小學教師生涯現況調查問卷」,以臺中市、臺中縣、南投縣與彰化縣等四縣市依比率分層抽樣方式選出666名國民小學教師為研究的對象,有效問卷計530份而有效回收率達79.58%。歸納出研究發現及結論如下: 一、國民小學教師在生涯自我效能的表現接近中等程度以上,以「信心強度」的表現為最高,次為「推論性」,而在「難度知覺」的表現則較低。 二、不同服務年資、進修狀況與職務類別的國民小學教師,在三個生涯自我效能整體方面上具有統計上的顯著差異。 三、國民小學教師在生涯協助的需求接近中等程度以上,以「有效行為技巧」的需求為最高,依次為「休閒生活」、「生涯規劃」、「教育、學習與訓練」、「發展上的改變與轉變」、「自我了解」、「職業探索」、「環境探索」與「生涯決策」,而在「生涯資訊」的需求則較低。 四、不同服務年資、進修狀況與職務類別的國民小學教師,在十個生涯協助需求整體方面上具有統計上的顯著差異。 五、國民小學教師生涯自我效能與生涯協助需求間達到顯著的正相關。 根據研究發現與結論,提出對教育主管機關、國民小學教師及未來相關研究之建議。

This study tries to investigate the present status of those teachers who in the elementary schools to bring the Grade 1-9 Curriculum about their career self-efficacy as well as career service needs, and tries to discuss the relationship between each other. The theory basis and research structure of this study are constructed by related technical literature analysis. The instrument of questionnaire named ”General Survey of the Present Status of the Elementary School Teachers' Career Development” designed by researcher is adapted to collect data. This study is targeted at the elementary school teachers in Taichung City, Taichung County, Nantou County and Changhua County in Central Taiwan. There are 666 teachers. Moreover, there are 530 useful questionnaires in this survey, reaching 79.58%. The results and findings from this study are concluded as follows: 1. The performance of career self-efficacy of the elementary school teachers is approaching over the middle level. The highest performance to be identified is the intensity of confidence. 2. There is obviously statistical diversity in the whole level as well as measuring sum total of the three career self-efficacy items for those elementary school teachers who differ in the years he (she) served, in the situation whether he (she) pursues further education and in the post classification. 3. The performance of career service needs of the elementary school teachers is approaching over the middle level. The highest demand for career service to be identified is the technique of effective behavior. 4. There is obviously statistical diversity in the whole level as well as measuring sum total of the ten career service needs items for those elementary school teachers who differ in the years he (she) served, in the situation whether he (she) pursues further education and in the post classification. 5. There is obviously positive relationship between career self-efficacy and career service needs of the elementary school teachers. Except more discussions are made according to the above conclusions, this study provides some recommendations to the administrative organizations of educational circles and the elementary school teachers. Furthermore, it provides specific recommendations for further research at last.
