Hodgkinson價值理論在特色學校經營實踐的省思研究-以臺北縣“九份礦夫營”為例

An Analytical Study of Hodgkinson's Value Theory on Characteristic School Practice-Using Taipei County "Jeou-Fen Miner Camp" as an Example

摘要


本研究針對Christopher Hodgkinson的教育行政價值理論,分析其理論的主要觀點,再以學校教育現場的觀察,找出其價值理論如何實踐於學校行政組織的運作。 本研究對象以臺北縣九份國小「九份礦夫營」為例,先了解特色學校經營的具體作法和措施,其次,應用Christopher Hodgkinson的教育行政價值理論,透過校長實踐經驗的詮釋分析,探究特色學校的行動本質和價值取向,最後,予以檢視價值經驗與行動的實踐關係。 本研究發現,「九份礦夫營」的價值取向是: 一、後現代的課程觀。 二、本土化的文化思考。 三、永續經營的合作模式。 四、礦業文化的傳承與創新。

This study used the view of Hodgkinson's value theory to analyze the major point in educational administration. The researcher tried to find the organizations operation of its value theory and how to practice to the school administration by the school scene observation. The ”Jeou-Fen miner camp” of Jeou-Fen elementary school in the Taipei county is taken as an example for the study subject. First, the researcher tried to understand the concrete method and the measure management into the characteristic school. Next, based upon the principal's experience of operating the characteristic school, the researcher used the Hodgkinson's value theory of educational administration to analyze the motion essence and the value orientation of the characteristic school. Finally, the relationship between value experience and the motion practice will be inspected. The details of the value orientation of the ”Jeou-Fen miner camp” are as follows: 1. Being the postmodern view of curriculum. 2. To ponder localization cultural. 3. The cooperation pattern of continue management forever. 4. To inherit and innovate the culture of mining.
