論《左傳》中夢之解釋與意義生成過程

「夢」對於夢者有特定的心理或生理意涵，但是在《左傳》中「夢」成為軍事發展的預示、死亡的兆徵或行事的準則等等。由《左傳》中夢的描寫可以看出，當「夢」被轉化成語言之後，即成為眾人詮釋的客體，不斷地被指涉出相關的意義來。過程中包括夢者、釋夢者等依照文化規約，將夢對應於現實生活，進行輾轉的指涉與詮釋。前兆後驗的特性，是進一步對夢解釋的強調與保証。這些詮釋的過程蘊涵著人們的理解，是人們透過自身的知識與社會、文化交流下所獲得的意義，同時也是史家對於歷史的解釋與評斷的表現之一。
