本研究的目的是:一、探討大專乙組選手知覺的家長式領導對團隊承諾及團隊凝聚力的影響。二、探討大專乙組選手的團隊承諾與團隊凝聚力之間的關係。本研究以大專乙組運動選手171位(男生104,女生67)為受試對象,平均年齡為20.43歲(SD=1.21)。本研究所使用的研究工具有:家長式領導量表、團隊情境量表、團隊承諾量表。所收集的資料以多元逐步回歸分析及典型相關分析進行資料處理。本研究所得的結果如下:一、大專乙組選手知覺的家長式領導對團隊承諾及團隊凝聚力的預測:才德領導對情感性承諾的預測力達36%。才德領導對社會凝聚力的預測力達21%;才德領導對工作凝聚力的預測力達7%。二、團隊承諾及團隊凝聚力的典型相關發現:大專乙組選手的團隊承諾亦可透過兩個典型因素解釋團隊凝聚力總變異量的48.41%。最後,本研究根據上述的結果進行討論,並針對實際應用和未來研究方向提出一些建議。
The purposes of this study were: 1. to explore the effect of paternalistic leadership on organizational commitment and team cohesion, 2. to explore the relationship between organizational commitment and team cohesion. One hundred and seventy-one level II college athletes (male 104, female 67) with a mean age of 20.43 (SD=1.21) participated this study. The research instruments were Paternalistic Leadership Inventory, Organizational Commitment Inventory and Team Cohesion Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by multiple stepwise regression analysis and canonical correlation analysis. The results were as the following: 1. The prediction of level II athletes' perceived paternalistic leadership to organizational commitment, and team cohesion: (1) the moral leadership could predict 36% of affective commitment; (2) the moral leadership could predict 21% of social cohesion; (3) the moral leadership could predict 7% of task cohesion. 2. The canonical correlation between organizational commitment and team cohesion: the level II athletes' organizational commitment could explain 48.41% variance of team cohesion through two canonical factors. The findings were discussed and some suggestions for practical applications and future studies were offered.
