臺灣企業甲級足球聯賽發展史－以台中Futuro足球隊為例
The History of Taiwan Football Premier League Development
摘要
世界體壇規模最大，經濟效益最高，乃是足球運動莫屬，而國家足球水平意味著國內間的聯賽發展。臺灣企業甲級聯賽成立於2017年，為臺灣半職業聯賽，並於2020正式成立乙級聯賽，同時啟用升降模式，目前獲得相當多的贊同與肯定。本研究主要目的探討臺灣企業甲級足球聯賽之隊伍的發展背景沿革、組成理念、隊史概況及相關執行目標，期望能依循探究目前體制後，提出促進足球職業化的永續發展。研究方法採用參與觀察法、文獻分析法，將所得資料先行蒐集整理、檢視歸納、說明解釋後分析，研究的範圍為台中Futuro球隊。本研究結論建議有二：其一、各隊要落實建構完善培育體系，有穩定基礎時，更要朝著由下至上的發展，各分層年齡有著相互牽引的提升目標，豎立成功的基礎。其二、足球運動風氣要盛行，專業的教練人員也是不能被忽略的一環，教練如散撥種子，拓展各點，有作為的培育各地區優秀教練，讓各層級有著被重視及持續穩固厚實基層端。最終期盼邁向臺灣職業化足球運動，唯有持續向前目標，才能改善臺灣足球運動之現況。

The biggest scale in the world and money-making sport belongs to football. Domestic leagues are related to the level of national football. Taiwan Football Premier League started(TFPL)in 2017, a semi-professional league match and in 2020 second division was found. At the same time, the TFPL was based on the relegation system. So far, the TFPL receives pervasive recognition and praise. The methods of this research are to discuss the progress of development, aims, history of Futuro and pertinent execution aims. Via discussing the present football system, this essay might stimulate a progressive development of professional football. Methods are based on participation observation, documents analysis and also based on collecting, arranging, examining, inducing and explaining after analyzing documents. The scope of research focuses on Futuro. There are two suggestions. First, every team must consist of a compact foster system. After having a solid base, every levels, divided by age difference, could connect and uplift each others in order to reach the goal. Secondly, professional coaches cannot be ignored if we want football to become better and popular. If professional coaches spread seeds everywhere in Taiwan and we could foster good coaches in every places, we can make every works of life pay attention to football and keep solidfying bases. Finally, we hope football in Taiwan could move toward the path of being a professional sport. Only keeping moving to the goal could we make football better.
