The Application of Wearable Devices in The Post-Epidemic Era

With the advent of the post-epidemic era, the number of people working at home has increased, and the health awareness of the whole people has also increased. Increasing your own activity level can enhance your own immunity and reduce the risk of severe illness. Therefore, remote health monitoring and self-physical activity monitoring are particularly important. Wearable sensors can quantify physical activity values and record and monitor for a long time. However, the COVID-19 virus continues to mutate and rages. If the wearable device values have good accuracy and can replace sports coaches or substitute medical equipment, they can Avoiding crowds and reducing the risk of virus infection will bring more convenience and safety to the people. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to introduce the concept of 1. Quantification of physical activity. 2. Explore the application of wearable devices in the measurement of physical activity. 3. Sort out the reliability and validity of wearable devices in the measurement of physical activity. Provide future reference for people in self-training and monitoring.
