生態工法應用於河川堤防規劃設計之研究-以卑南溪新興堤段為例

The Application of Ecological Engineering Method to Plan and Design for River Dike-Case Study on XinXing Dike at Peinan River

摘要


本研究利用生態工法於國內卑南溪堤防設計及施工的相關問題,並探討生態化施作改善方法之可行性。本文提出柳枝工及木梢沉床工法,以豐富堤防護岸之生物棲息環境,作為堤防護岸結合生態化改善工程之另一種選擇。本文介紹柳枝工及木梢沉床應用在新興堤防之作用,並說明柳枝工、木梢沉床之施工步驟,在完工後且歷經數次暴雨颱風之成果及觀察。針對柳枝工及木梢沉床兩項工法做出結論,並指出應用本工法之條件和注意事項,作為後續設計、施工及研究之參考。

A study of the dike design and construction by using the ecological engineering method for the domestic Peinan river has been presented in this paper. In this article the possible improving method for the ecological environment has been investigated in de-tail. We present the live-willow-branch and woodtip-bed methods to enrich the bank protection for the biological inhabitation as the alternative for the improvement of environmental ecology. The construction steps and applications of live-willow-branch and woodtip-bed on the XinXing dike of Peinan river have been studied. Especially, these methods have been proved to be very good and effective for the environmental protec-tion after the invasion of several storms and typhoons. In conclusion, these methos presented in this paper can be used as the reference for dike designs and constructions in the future.
