外徑測微器校正能力試驗之分析探討:以2014年之成果為例

摘要


依據ISO/IEC 17025:2005測試與校正實驗室能力一般要求,實驗室應有品質管制程序,以監控試驗與校正作業之有效性,監控的作業可包括參加實驗室間比對或能力試驗計畫等,故實驗室積極參加能力試驗除可展現校正結果之品質外,亦可藉著能力試驗來證明實驗室的實際量測能力。為瞭解國內各實驗室之外徑測微器校正能力,工研院量測中心特舉辦外徑測微器校正能力試驗,讓參與實驗室得以透過實驗室間比對,瞭解本身之能力與其他實驗室間之差異,並尋求解決之道,除可提升實驗室之外徑測微器校正水準外,並可維持國內長度標準之一致性。本次外徑測微器校正能力試驗活動編號為PT2014-KA02,共25家實驗室參與,為縮短樣品傳遞時程,參與實驗室共分為兩組同時進行比對活動,樣品傳遞時間為2014年4月21日至2014年7月24日。各參與實驗室於能力試驗活動之代碼以數字和英文字母表示,如1A代表第一組的A實驗室。本次能力試驗因沒有中心實驗室,故利用穩健統計的方式求得設定值與擴充不確定度,以計算各實驗室量測結果之|E_n|值。各參與實驗室之量測結果經統計分析後,顯示其大部分量測值與設定值一致,此等結果,表示國內實驗室之外徑測微器校正能力具有相當的一致性,也展現長度相關量測技術的純熟度。

According to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories, the laboratory shall have quality control procedures for monitoring the validity of tests and calibrations undertaken. The monitoring may include participation in interlaboratory comparison or proficiency testing program etc. Center for Measurement Standards (CMS) held the proficiency testing of outside micrometer calibration to acquire the capability level of secondary laboratories. Via the measurement comparison schemes, the difference unfolds the measurement capabilities between secondary laboratories. The proficiency testing of outside micrometer calibration numbered "PT2014-KA02" was launched from April 21, 2014 till July 24, 2014 and attended by twenty five participants. In order to shorten the sample delivery schedule, participants were divided into two groups. Participants are identified by a digit and a letter, such as 1A represents the participating laboratory A of group 1. Through statistical analysis, the results show all participating laboratories’ results are satisfactory. It means that the measurement capabilities of outside micrometer calibration of these laboratories are very consistent. It also shows the measurement technique proficiency of length field calibration in Taiwan.
