參與式社區製圖應用於社區治理之研究－基於行動者網絡理論
A Study on Participatory Community Mapping for Community Governance by Actor-Network Theory
摘要
本研究以中國廈門集美大社作為個案研究，通過對集美大社設立常駐工作坊等調研方式，基於公眾參與式地理資訊系統（Public Participatory Geographic Information System）進行參與式社區製圖。並運用行動者網絡理論（Actor-Network Theory）分析地圖繪製過程中，各方利益主體的相互作用與影響，探討參與式社區製圖作為技術手段，重構異質城市治理網絡的作用。

This paper takes Jimei Dashe in Xiamen, China as a case study, and carries out participatory community mapping based on Public Participatory Geographic Information System by setting permanent workshops in Jimei Dashe. Besides, it uses Actor-Network Theory to analyze the interaction and mutual influence of each interest body in mapping, and explores the role of participatory community mapping as a technical means in reconstructing heterogeneous urban governance network.
