摘要

本研究以研究者自身的籃球教練經驗為主題，從訓練與比賽的場景出發，探討一位籃球教練如何藉由敘說探究的方法，與選手互動，與自身對話，從身體經驗裡，提煉出身體的實踐知識。站在實踐認識論的立場，研究者指認出從抽象到具體的身體實踐知識，它們分別是身體形象—儀式身體﹔身體技術—專業身體﹔身體密碼—閱讀身體﹔身體知識—默會身體。透過教練經驗的敘說，一層層撥開經驗表面的粗糙，挖掘經驗深處的價值與意義，建構出一個從身體經驗敘說而起的知識論可能。
