摘要

本研究之目的在於瞭解運動教練組織行為之現況，並比較不同背景變項之運動教練在組織行為之差異情形。以中華民國運動教練協會(2004)會員名冊為主要研究對象進行問卷調查，有效問卷204份。經描述統計、因素分析、t檢定與單因子變異數統計分析結果顯示如下：（一）不同年齡之運動教練在組織承諾因素中有顯著差異。（二）不同職務之運動教練在組織承諾因素中有顯著差異。（三）不同年資之運動教練在組織承諾因素中有顯著差異。（四）不同學歷之運動教練在組織承諾因素中有顯著差異。

The purpose of this study was to understand the sports coach's organizational commitment and compare the differences between different demographic variables in organizational commitment. Subjects of the study were 204 participants at the Formosa Sports Coach Association. Data were analyzed by Description analysis, Factor analysis, T-Test, and One-Way Analysis of Variance. The results showed: 1. A significant difference was found between age of sports coach and organization commitment. 2. A significant difference was found between function of office sports coach and organization commitment. 3. A significant difference was found between seniority of sports coach and organization commitment. 4. A significant difference was found between educational of sports coach and organization.
