組織支持、組織承諾對大專校院體育教師工作表現影響之研究

A study of perceived organization support, organizational commitment and job outcomes

摘要


本研究旨在驗證組織支持及組織承諾對大專校院體育教師工作表現之模式,企圖釐清組織支持及承諾對與工作表現有關之變項包含工作滿意度及離職意向之間的相互關係。研究工具為組織支持、組織承諾對工作表現行為量表,針對國內私立大專校院體育教師進行問卷調查,共發出931份,回收544份,回收率為54%。回收之數據以描述統計、驗證性因素分析及線性結構方程式分析,研究結果顯示組織支持正向影響組織承諾,而組織承諾正向影響工作滿意度;團隊支持正向影響團隊承諾,但團隊承諾與工作表現之間沒有顯著關係存在,但組織承諾與團隊承諾之間存在正向相關;團隊支持對工作表現及工作滿意度並無顯著影響效果。

The purpose of this study was to validate the organizational support and organizational commitment to the performance of the physical education teachers in universities, in an attempt to clarify the relationship between organizational support and commitment to job performance-related variables including job satisfaction and turnover intention. The research instruments included organizational support, organizational commitment and job performance scales. Questionnaires were conducted for physical education teachers in universities in Taiwan. A total of 931 questionnaires were distributed and 544 were responded, with 54% of return rate. The data were than computed by describe statistics, confirmatory factor analysis and linear structural equation analysis. The results show that organizational support positively affects organizational commitment, while organizational commitment positively affects job satisfaction; team support positively influences team commitment, but team commitment and has no significant influence on job performance. There is a positive correlation between organizational commitment and team commitment; team support has no significant effect on job performance and job satisfaction.
