國小體育教師體育教學/運動訓練行為個案研究

Elementary School Sports Teacher's Teaching/Training Case Studies

摘要


目的:本研究旨在分析國小體育教師體育教學/運動訓練行為差異情形。方法:採用ASUOI系統觀察工具,透過現場觀察、錄影後,以事件記錄法登錄參與研究者各6節體育課與6次訓練,觀察資料以描述統計方法,計算次數、總數與百分比。分析結果:體育教學與運動訓練行為異同,體育教學高於運動訓練之行為類目,包括事前指導、當場指導、事後指導、正面的示範、指示與讚美。運動訓練高於體育教學之行為類目,包括負面的示範、肢體協助、發問、催促、責備與管理。總行為出現率(RPM),運動訓練明顯高於體育教學。歸納本研究結論,體育教學重視不同指導行為、正面的示範、指示與讚美;運動訓練重視負面的示範、肢體協助、發問、催促、責備與管理。

Objective: this study aimed to analyze Elementary school sports teachers teaching/training behavior differences. Method: observation of ASUOI system tools, through field observation, after recording, event login engaged researchers 6 records law sections and 6 training in PE class, observation data to describe statistical methods, calculated the number, percentage and total. Analysis of results: similarities and differences of physical education and sports training, physical education over sports training classes, including prior guidance, instruction, guidance on the spot demonstration, instruction, positive and praise. Exercise training physical education teaching of higher category, including negative model, physical assistance, questions, urging, blame management. Total frequency (RPM), sports training is significantly higher than of physical education.Summarizing the research findings, focus on different physical education teaching model to guide behavior, positive, directions and praise; training of attention to the negative model, physical assistance, questions, urging, blame management.
