本研究旨在探究科技大學教師對評鑑委員專業能力與專業表現的知覺,並比較不同背景教師知覺的評鑑委員專業能力重要程度與專業表現具備程度的差異。為達上述目的,本研究以問卷調查進行資料蒐集,研究對象為我國2005年至2008年受評的三十二所科技大學專任教師,共發出問卷1,000份,得有效問卷632份後,利用SPSS進行編碼及統計分析工作。研究結果發現:科技大學教師對評鑑委員評鑑專業能力重要程度知覺顯著高於專業表現具備程度知覺。若以重要─表現程度分析發現,34項評鑑專業能力中有14個落在第一象限「繼續保持區」,有3個落在第二象限「加強改善區」,另外有12個落在第三象限「優先序低區」,有5個落在第四象限「過度重視區」。科技大學教師對評鑑委員評鑑專業能力重要程度知覺因學歷、評鑑類別而有差異;對評鑑委員專業表現具備程度知覺會因性別、學歷、教育界年資、不同評鑑結果、學校屬性、評鑑類別而有差異。
This study aimed to investigate the perception of technological university faculties to evaluators' professional competency and professional performance and further to discuss the difference between evaluator's professional competency important degree and professional performance possess degree with different teachers' background variables. To achieve the purpose, questionnaire survey method was adapted, 32 technological university faculties were chosen as the participants from 2005 to 2008, and 1,000 questionnaires were distributed. As reached 632 valid questionnaires, SPSS was used for coding and analysis. The findings were as follows: technological university faculties performed significantly higher on evaluators' professional competency important degree than professional possess degree. Depend on Importance- Performance Analysis, 14 of 34 professional competencies were in keep up the work, 3 ones were in concentrate here, 12 were in low priority and 5 were in possible overkill. The perception of technological university faculties to evaluators' professional competency important degree had difference on gender, education, seniority, different evaluation results, school attribute, and evaluation category.
