污水處理廠調勻槽模式之整合與應用

The Application of an Integrated Main Program for Function Design of Equalization Basins in Wastewater Treatment Plants

摘要


本研究應用MATLAB程式設計軟體,順利地將常用之六種調勻槽模式整合設計成一個主程式,可直接由程式之指令視窗點選設計之模式、輸入及輸出演算結果(包括圖、表、調勻槽出流水水質及槽體體積之設計值),達簡化、提升調勻槽設計之效率及方便應用於操作管理上之功用。此外,針對南部某工業區聯合污水廠2001年及2002年兩年之調勻槽進出流水之水質及水量資料,並進行為期4天,連續24小時之現場採樣分析、記錄,依該整合模式之演算結果及驗證發現,Quano及Menez and Patterson模式之出流水水質(COD及SS)計算值與實驗值之相對誤差均小於Adam and Eckenfelder模式者,顯示該二模式之適用性。

By combining MATLAB programming software with each of six models commonly used for function design of equalization basin, an integrated main program was developed. With this main program and on the command windows of MATLAB, one just needs to click the button for any selected model and input the data the calculation results (figures, tables, predicted effluent quality, and required equalization-basin volume) can be directly obtained. The accomplishments of this application are simplification of function design and performance enhancement of equalization basins. To verify the integrated main program, the influent and effluent data (years 2001 and 2002) of the equalization basin in a local industrial-park wastewater treatment plant were collected. In addition, a four day, twenty-four hour sampling program for the equalization basin was conducted. According to the calculation results using the integrated main program, the relative error between the actual and predicted effluent concentrations of COD and SS based on the models of Quano and Menez and Patterson was smaller than that based on the model of Adam and Eckenfelder. In other words, the Quano and Menez and Paterson models were superior to the Adam and Eckenfelder model in engineering practice.
