With the upcoming era of globalization, trade, communications and transportation developed to promote the exchanges between human beings. Due to the close contacts between humans, choose to work arising from transnational labor relations, triggered by foreign labor contract-related issues, It deserves more worthy of attention for the both public and private law nature of labor relations.This study mainly discuss the judgment of Taiwan's court, trying to propose related issues, then, concerning the argument of the foreign labor contract with the foreign workers human rights, and put forward the personal insights on this paper.
