孫子兵法權變領導理論研析
The Study of Sun Tzu's Art of War on Contingency Leadership Theory

The military science theory and the principle of leading troops with ”Art of War by Sun-Tzu”, not only the contemporary strategist presents for the criterion, and be widely received for the business community and the sports competition.. This article is discussed leadership of view with ”Art of War by Sun-Tzu ”by ”Contingency Theory of Leadership”, able to be more clearly to understand the rule of leadership through ”Art of War by Sun-Tzu”. As the time of economy is in a slump over the world, expect it would be helpful to leaders.
