中國式領導是擷取中國傳統優良的領導思想加以融合轉化的領導理念,並經一系列實證研究而建構的一種基於華人社會文化特質,適合華人行爲模式之領導理論。研究者發現「法」、「理」、「情」是中國文化之主要成分,領導者據此表現出「作之君」、「作之師」、「作之親」三種角色行爲。領導者視領導情境,權衡應採用那些架構,並就此三種領導型式的分量交互運用。 康自立(1997)建構之「中國式領導模式」,係由文化層面,建構適合國人使用之領導模式。如何根據國人既有之價值觀,賦予行動意義,激勵組織成員凝聚共識,以適應外在的變化並促進內部的成長。因此,領導者爲提昇組織效能,應展現「作之君」的領導行爲,強調組織目標之達成,並應表現「作之師」的領導行爲,成爲組織成員之典範,並重視組織成員之成長,達成學習型組織發展,除此之外,領導者更應以「作之親」之領導行爲,關注成員個人需求之滿足,方能引領組織成員朝向組織目標邁進,並願意同心協力完成各項任務。故本研究探討中國式領導模式之「作之君」、「作之師」與「作之親」架構與領導行爲之內涵。
The purpose of this study was to develop a Chinese leadership model which was synthesis of Chinese traditional leadership documents and transformed into a rational leadership model. Through a series of in depth analysis of documents and field test, a leadership model, which is suitable for the Chinese behavior pattern, has been established on the basic structure of the Chinese socio-cultural peculiarity. The study has found that Chinese culture is mainly composed of [legal], [reason], and [affection]. Leaders should act according to these three principles and should perform three roles: [role as director], [role as tutor], and [role as relative]. A leader perform his/her leadership behavior depends on the situation and should be balanced by the application and interaction of these roles.
