摘要

本研究針對中部一觀光旅館作為模擬分析之對象進行能耗模擬、驗證及評估，以EnergyPlus能耗模擬軟體模擬旅館各空間之能源使用量。此外，建構中央電力監控系統進行實際用電資料比較分析，由驗證結果得到偏差值小於1%，以確保模擬結果的可靠性。並分析旅館建築節能改善潛力與未來在台灣北、中、南、東共5個氣候區之能耗分析，作為未來建置低碳區域模型之參考依據。

The study investigated the energy consumption of a hotel building through energy modeling, validation and field measurement. The energy modeling data revealed good agreement with field measurement data from building energy management system at the deviation of 1 %. Moreover, some energy saving improvement strategies are used to analyize the energy saving percentage in hotel. To evaluate the hotel energy comsumption at different climates, Taipei, Hualien, Hsinchu, Tainan and Taichung are chosen and analyzed. The analysis value will be useful for the construction of the high energy efficiency city in the future.
