褐漿洗滌效率分析之研究

摘要


紙漿廠褐漿洗被爲一關鍵性之單元操作,其效率影響藥品及熱源回收系統。一高效率之洗漿系統可節省漿廠大量能源、藥品之消耗及減少對環境的污染。近年來,新發展成功之水平帶狀洗漿機,和筒式洗漿機比較顯示,除可降低漿廠能源需求外,同時藉高效率的置換洗滌,可以於低稀釋因子下操作。本研究的目的以自製實驗室洗漿機於不同變數:如稀釋因子、洗滌漿層濃度、洗液溫度及基重等模擬筒式及水平帶狀洗漿機的洗滌操作,以探討這些變數對於洗滌效率的影響,同時並輔以黑液比重(Be')的測試。其結果如下: (1)黑液比重(Be')和黑液總固體合量,於不同溫度下具有良好的線性關係。(相關係數0.99)。 (2)諾頓效率因子隨稀釋因子的增加,而有降低的趨勢。較高的單位面積漿量時,總置換比及諾頓效率因子普遍較高。洗滌漿層濃度高者(12-14%),具有較高的固體回收含量。提高洗液溫度有助於洗機效率之增加。 (3)於相似操作狀況下,模擬之水平帶狀洗槳機,具有較筒式洗漿機爲高之諾頓效率因子,同時於低稀釋因子下仍有極高之效率值。

Brown stock washing is one of the key unit operations in a pulp mill and it associates with the thermal efficiency and the performance of the chemical recovery system. An efficient washing system can reduce pulp mill energy and chemical consumption and improve environ-mental pollution. Recently, a new horizontal belt washer has been developed successfully. It can reduce the energy requirement of a pulp mill substantially as compared with drum washer, and operate very efficient as displacement washing at low dilution factor. The object of this study is to simulate the washer operation of drum washer and horizontal belt washer by varying some process variables, such as dilution factor, pulp mat consistency, washing liquor temperature and basis weight, with a laboratory pulp tester. The aim is to find out the effect of these variables on the washing efficiency and determine the specific gravity (Be') of black liquor. The experimented results are summarized as follows. : (1) An apparent linear relationship exists between the specific gravity (Be') and the total solid content of black liquor (R2=0.99). (2) Norden efficiency factor tends to decrease as dilution factor increases. In general, operating at a higher basis weight gives a better total displacement ratio, and Norden efficiency factor. Operating at a higher pulp mat consistency (12-14%) has a higher recovery of black liquor content. Increasing the washing liquor temperature is helpful for increasing the washing efficiency. (3) Under similar operating conditions, the simulated horizontal belt washer has higher Norden efficiency factor than that of drum washer. Horizontal belt washer also has a high washing efficiency when operates at a low dilution factor.
